Last year I worked with a group of 5th grade students on a       class mural. The students used photoshop to create a mock-up of the design and gridded it out into 82 squares. Each square was printed and distributed to every 5th grade student in the school.  The students decorated their square using cool/warm colors, and embedded messages for future generations of kids at the school. We then tiled the squares onto a large panel using wheatpaste and hung it in the lobby of the school. The final mural is 8 feet tall and 13 feet wide.
